Homeowner service
Discovery and introduction requests are free. Directory entries may be unclaimed and their participation or availability is not guaranteed. You choose the recipients of introductions. No project submission guarantees a quotation, appointment, planning approval or outcome.
Practice service
Apply only if authorised to represent the practice and keep information accurate. Participation requires review. The total introduction price is displayed before acceptance. Beeran Media Ltd is not VAT registered and does not charge VAT. One first residential introduction is free per verified business. Further introductions require explicit paid acceptance. No automated subscription is created.
No more than three distinct practices receive a project’s contact details through the normal introduction process. Refunding a fee does not remove the original disclosure or create another resale slot. Do not use enquiry details for unrelated marketing.
Professional appointments
The agreement for architectural services is directly between homeowner and practice. Scope, fees, insurance, changes, payment terms and responsibilities must be agreed in writing. Compare Architects does not provide architectural or planning advice.
Estimates and planning information
Cost estimates are indicative budgeting ranges, not quotations, recommended tariffs or measured national averages. Planning-context results use incomplete public data and approximate locations. They do not establish planning permission, permitted development rights or buildability. Obtain property-specific professional advice before relying on a design or committing expenditure.
Information and conduct
Provide accurate information and submit only content you are authorised to share. Do not include sensitive documents in a project message. Practice profile changes are reviewed before publication. We may pause misleading listings, abusive use or introductions requiring further checks. Contact us to challenge a decision or correct information.
Quality disputes
The published quality promise sets out introduction refund requests. Please contact us with the project reference and issue. Statutory rights are not excluded.
