Pay per accepted residential introduction
- £39: a single limited service, such as feasibility, planning-only or technical-only.
- £69: combined design, planning and technical services for an extension, loft or renovation.
- £99: a new bespoke home or an extensive scheme seeking construction-stage services.
These are total prices. Beeran Media Ltd is not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged. The total is shown before checkout. Commercial, multi-unit or unclear scopes need an agreed price before billing. No guaranteed appointments, no compulsory subscription and no success commission.
Our quality promise
Request a refund within 14 calendar days if the details are invalid, there is no genuine project, the customer denies requesting contact, we supplied an incorrectly categorised project, or it duplicates a project bought by your firm in the preceding 90 days.
Non-response is also eligible after three reasonable contact attempts across at least five working days, using the authorised channels. Losing a proposal fairly or disagreeing on fees is not itself a defective introduction. We review disputed facts and aim to reply within two working days. Eligible payments are refunded to their original payment method.
