3. Choose your introductions
Verify your email and choose up to three firms. We email your selected practices a redacted opportunity. Practices accept through a secure email link and receive contact details after free acceptance or confirmed payment. A practice’s business identity must be checked before its first acceptance. We tell you if we can’t arrange an introduction.
4. Speak, compare and appoint
Ask about relevant experience, service scope, fees, insurance and availability. There is no obligation to appoint. Your professional agreement and payments for architectural services are directly with the practice.
Homeowners use the introduction service free. Practices may pay a displayed introduction fee. Payment does not buy a higher directory position.
